1. I Forget my matrimony ID/Password .What should I do?

Click on Login button. You have to enter your E-Mail Id , and then click on the link “Forget Password”. After this new password will be sent to your registered E-Mail address.

2. Why am I not able to login? Why is the message "Invalid Matrimony ID / E-mail ID" or "Incorrect Password" being displayed?

The password you have entered might be wrong. Alternatively, you might be having the CAPS LOCK "On". Please check whether the password is entered in the correct case (Upper or Lower).
If you have forgotten your password click on “Forget password” to retrieve.
The E-mail ID you are using to login must be the same one with which you had registered on the website. Alternate E-mail IDs will not function.

3. I am registering for my sister/brother and me. Can we both have same matrimony Id.

ID identifies each person uniquely. Please register separate profiles for your siblings.

4. How long will it take to upgrade my profile,once i make payment.?

We will upgrade your profile as soon as we receive your payment.

5. What is online payment. How do i make online payment?

Online payment is the easiest and the fastest mode of payment.You can make payment by using online transfer.

6. How do i add my profile?

Click on Register Link appearing on Home Page.
Fill the mandatory details .Click on Register.
Username and Password will be sent to you on your registered E-Mail Id.
Login by using Username and Password.
Create your Profile.
